Victoria is an experienced entrepreneur who has lived and breathed the hair industry for over 30 years, having started doing hair extensions for her family and friends in Stockton at the age of 13, before sourcing her first products out of region at only 14 years old.
Victoria later identified the business opportunity to introduce high quality human hair extensions to the market via exciting and premium new brands, and Additional Lengths was founded in 2003. Before the growth of e-commerce, digital marketing and the influence of YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, Victoria set out to establish a leading brand by focussing on building strong and trusted relationships with hair professionals and relying on word-of-mouth marketing underpinned by the best premium quality product in the market.
Since then, the business has flourished and its core brands, “Additional Lengths” and “Remi Cachet” have gained a leading reputation in the UK and internationally from thousands of extensionist and hairdressing professionals and consumers, known for their market leading quality, range of products, innovation, and customer service standards.
The business has established an ever-growing range of multi-award-winning professional quality hair extensions, accessories, electrical styling tools and aftercare products to service everything from the application of hair extensions, through to the ongoing aftercare and replacement.
Over the last five years in particular Victoria and her team have achieved exceptional growth, with the business seeing sales accelerate from £5 million to over £18 million, and the team at Growth Partner partnered with Victoria and Additional Lengths at the end of 2022 to help accelerate the growth plan further.

Victoria and the team are aiming to replicate the success it has had in the UK and grow its presence further overseas including into Europe, the US, and the Middle East.
